My name is Don Burtless and I started my Buffalo Food Blog 'Buffalo Eats' almost 2 years ago. To date we've reviewed over 180 locally owned and operated restaurants. Our goal is to encourage Western New Yorkers to stop visiting chain restaurants and start realizing we have an amazing selection of independently owned restaurants.
