The Taste of Buffalo presented by Tops is accepting online applications year-round from Western New York restaurants, food trucks, and wineries interested in participating in Buffalo’s premier summertime food festival. The deadline to apply for the 2014 festival is January 31, 2014. The nation’s largest two-day food festival is set for July 12 and 13, 2014 along Delaware Avenue and Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo.

To be eligible, restaurants and wineries must be public establishments whose primary commercial function is to serve food/wine on a retail basis and be open year round in Western New York. Wineries from the Finger Lakes wine region are also eligible to apply. Food truck applicants must adhere to the same menu item criteria as brick and mortar restaurants.
