Neighborhood Clean Up Today in the Clinton Bailey Neighborhood

Neighborhood Clean Up Today in the Clinton Bailey Neighborhood

Many groups came out today to show how much they care about the Clinton Bailey Community.

Fillmore District Common Council Member David Franczyk coordinated this clean up and the Matt Urban Center, AmeriCorps, CityCorps, and the Clinton Bailey Association participated. Clinton, Bushnell, Gilbert, Scoville, and Baitz Streets were targeted for mowing of vacant lots, tree trimming, debris removal, and weeding. We also handed out information to residents about available services.

It was a wonderful opportunity to get to know our neighbors and beautify our neighborhood at the same time. This is part of a continuing program sponsored by Fillmore District Common Council Member David Franczyk and the Fillmore District Impact Team. Please join us for future cleanups at:

  • 8/19 South Division & Smith Street Playground
  • 8/26 Miller Street Garden
