Cheektowaga Woman Arrested for DWI | News

ALDEN, N.Y. - State Police in Alden arrested a woman on County Line Road Saturday with a recorded BAC level of .22%.

Jennifer Kessler, 29, from Cheektowaga had her car pulled over to the side of County Line Road with the high beams on.

When State Police arrived, they discovered Kessler urinating next to her car.

After speaking with Kessler, Troopers believed she had been drinking and had been driving under the influence.

All drivers that are arrested for DWI are charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated when their BAC is .18% or more.

Kessler was released and will later appear in Town of Alden Court.
