Bus Aide Pleads Not Guilty to Assaulting Teen With Autism | News
WEST SENECA, N.Y. - A Carrier Coach bus aide accused of assaulting a teen with autism, entered a not guilty plea in West Seneca town court Friday morning.
D'Andre Robinson, 28, of Cheektowaga, is charged with Assault 3rd, a Class A misdemeanor. The judge released Robinson on his own recognizance. He did not have an attorney in court with him.
On May 18th, State Police say the two were on a bus traveling on the New York State Thruway, headed to Baker Victory Services in Lackawanna, when an altercation took place.
According to Troopers, the 15-year-old boy suffered injuries to his face.
Robinson is due back in court later this month.
