Hit and Run Suspect Arrested in West Seneca | News

WEST SENECA, NY - A Kenmore man has been arrested in West Seneca following a hit and run accident in Cheektowaga.

Cheektowaga police put out a report with the vehicles description following the hit and run.

The driver, 45-year-old Clinton Powless, was found by West Seneca Police. He was sitting in his heavily damaged vehicle in a Jim's Steakout parking lot.

After failing several field sobriety tests, Powless was placed under arrest and charged with aggravated DWI.

He was then turned over to Cheektowaga Police for their hit and run investigation.
