Free Small-Business Seminar | Business
Title (Max 100 Characters)
Recently, the governor created a statewide outreach initiative aimed at helping small-business owners start and grow their business in New York State. As a result, teams consisting of specialized employees from at least six state agencies will travel throughout the state holding seminars to discuss the different types of programs geared toward helping small businesses thrive. They will also be available to answer any questions local business owners and entrepreneurs may have.
The team will be visiting Western New York:
When: Monday., April 23 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: D’Youville College
320 Porter Ave
Buffalo, NY
Seminar topics include: starting a business and adhering to regulatory timelines; obtaining and filing tax forms; and becoming certified as a minority- and women-owned business (MWBE). I encourage all small-business owners and entrepreneurs to attend this event to learn from field experts. As always, if you have any questions about this or any other important community issue, please do not hesitate to contact my office at 686-0080 or email me at gabryszakd@assembly. state.ny.us.
